These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Medical Tourism Chat website, conversational assistants, and any related tools or services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Medical Tourism Chat provides AI-assisted guidance to help users explore international medical care options, including procedures, destinations, and travel considerations. The Services combine automated conversations, curated resources, concierge workflows, and optional introductions to partner clinics or travel services such as Expedia™.

The Services are for informational and planning purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare professionals before making medical decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

You agree not to misuse the Services, reverse engineer our systems, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

If you create an account or receive login credentials, you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and for all activities that occur under your credentials.

Medical Tourism Chat does not provide medical care, diagnoses, prescriptions, or emergency services. Content generated by our AI models or human concierges is offered for informational purposes only.

Always consult licensed medical professionals for health decisions. Call emergency services or visit the nearest emergency department if you are experiencing a medical emergency.

Medical Tourism Chat uses hosted large language models through OpenRouter (https://openrouter.ai) to generate conversational responses. AI generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not reflective of the latest medical guidance. You are responsible for evaluating any output before relying on it.

We may tune or moderate AI interactions to promote a respectful, safe experience. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate acceptable use standards.

To deliver the Services, we rely on trusted third parties:

• Supabase (https://supabase.com) for secure storage of chat transcripts, trip planning metadata, and operational analytics.
• OpenRouter for AI model access and hosted inference.
• Expedia™, through an affiliate relationship, to help users research bundled flight and hotel offerings. We may receive compensation if you complete purchases through those affiliate links.
• IPAPI (https://ipapi.com) to estimate user location in Ireland for airport personalization, limited to the Irish-tourists experience.
• Emerald Traffic Platform (https://emrldtp.com) and similar analytics scripts to measure aggregated site engagement, where enabled.

We do not currently connect the Services to other flight or hotel search APIs, including Kiwi.com or Booking.com. Partners listed on marketing materials reflect aspirational or historical collaborations and may not indicate active API integrations.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to those practices.

Medical Tourism Chat participates in the Expedia Affiliate Program. When you use Expedia links within our Services and complete qualifying bookings, we may earn referral commissions without additional cost to you.

Affiliate links are provided for convenience and do not imply our endorsement of specific travel options. You are responsible for reviewing the terms, pricing, and suitability of any third-party offerings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medical Tourism Chat and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for access to the Services in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Medical Tourism Chat, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time without notice, including the availability of any feature, database, or content. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or if your use poses a risk to other users or our infrastructure.

These Terms and any related dispute are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to the Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
